Application

These Terms and Conditions will apply to the purchase of the goods by you (customer), Sivani Squire, owner of House of Savage with email address hello@houseofsavage.com.

These are the terms on which we sell all goods to you. By ordering any of the goods, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Basis of Sale

Description of the goods on our website, social media pages or other forms of advertising does not constitute a contractual offer to sell goods.

When an order is made, we can reject it for whatever reason, although we will try to tell the reason without delay.

A confirmation email and receipt will be formed for the Goods ordered, only upon the Supplier sending an email to the customer saying that the order has been accepted or if earlier, the supplier’s delivery of the goods to the customer.

Identification & Data Protection

Verified identification is required for all bookings. This information is collected solely for security and legal purposes, including in the event of enquiries relating to stolen bicycles.

All personal data is handled in accordance with GDPR regulations, securely stored, and never shared with third parties unless legally required. House of Savage is committed to protecting customer privacy and using personal information responsibly.

Delivery

All products in Savage Collections are dispatched within 2-3 working days unless stated otherwise. Orders are sent via Royal Mail 1st or 2nd Class, selected at checkout.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary. Responsibility for the order passes to the customer once delivered. House of Savage is not responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail or incorrect delivery details. Additional charges may apply if items are returned due to incorrect address information.

We don’t currently ship products outside of the UK - But soon!

Circumstances beyond the control of either party

Neither party shall be liable for any failure or delay caused by events beyond their reasonable control. In such circumstances, the affected party will notify the other as soon as reasonably practicable.

Obligations will be suspended for the duration of the event, without affecting the customer’s statutory rights, including rights relating to delivery.

Discounts

All offers are subject to availability.

Discount offers cannot be combined with other offers, except as permitted by the business.

Lead times & Collection

Project lead times vary depending on scale. Bikes are to be collected from the studio; delivery is available for an additional fee.

Once a booking is complete, it’s the customer’s responsibility to collect the bike on the agreed date. Late collection incurs a £10 per day charge, and any outstanding balance must be settled before the bike is returned.

Services

The description of the Goods is as set out on our website. Any description is for illustrative purposes only and there may be some discrepancies in colour and design.

In the case of Goods made to your special requirements, it is your responsibility to ensure that any information you provide is accurate.

As we are a made to order studio, we can not provide a refund for consumers who no longer want their product, if for whatever reason the studio is found at fault, we will issue a refund.

Price & Payment

The price of the Goods and any additional delivery or other charges for the goods and the total price of the and the charges is set out in our price list current at the date we accepted the booking or such the other prices as we may agree in writing

All prices and charges include VAT at the applicable at the time of the order.

Payment for Goods must be made. You must pay upfront to secure your order.

Risk and Title

Risk of damage to, or loss of, the goods will pass to you when the Goods are collected by you or your couriers.

Cancellations

You may cancel your booking before any work has commenced. Any materials or supplies purchased specifically for your order are non-refundable and will not be reimbursed.

Once work has begun, cancellations are no longer accepted. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make changes to your booking.

Conformity

In line with the Consumer Rights Act 2015, upon delivery or collection, all goods will:

  • Be of satisfactory quality

  • Be fit for purpose, where that purpose has been made known to us prior to the contract

  • Match the description provided

This does not apply where any defect, issue, or failure to conform arises from materials or items supplied by the customer.
